About Art Berry
Art grew up fishing with his father Tom and brother Mike. Art was just 2 1/2 years old when he caught his first bass. By the time he was 8 years old, he was winning local fishing tournaments in his hometown of San Diego. Art fished his first U.S. open at the age of 16, and missed winning a boat by just 1/100 of an ounce. While growing up in San Diego, and fishing Southern Californiaâ's highly pressured lakes with tuff local competition, Art had plenty of success, which included numerous wins and high finishes.
Art now lives in Hemet, located in Southern California where he proceeded to move on to fishing professional bass tournaments. He travels on the FLW tour, WON bass, B.A.S.S., U.S. Open national tournament trail, and local events full time, while bringing his sponsors message to people all over the United States. You may have read some of Art's articles in your favorite bass magazines, or seen him on TV programs like ESPN, showing anglers new presentation on how to use large swim baits to catch large bass or on the FLW tour or competing with other tournament anglers.
With Art's fishing experience and knowledge from fishing Professional Bass tournaments he has become one of the most sought after guides in Southern California. Art loves to help anglers become better fishermen and spends most of the day teaching the "ART" of catching bass. He will help you learn new techniques from the basics of using a bait-casting reel to choosing the right lures for the right conditions. After spending a day on the water with Art, you too will see why so many anglers choose him to provide a lifetime of memories |
